Diamondback Chess Club

Diamondback Chess was created in early 2019 by daughter father duo, Willow and John LeTard. Both are longtime chess players and tournament directors who wanted to provide New Mexicans more opportunities to play rated chess. Since then, they have organized and directed over 200 tournaments for over 300 players and thousands of games. They are also both active in other local chess organizations and communities. Diamondback Chess has active players from ages 5 to 60+ with ratings from 100 to 2200+
